How Oil Tank Service Requests Work

Submitting a request does not authorize work. You describe the property and tank, a third-party provider decides whether the request fits its capabilities, and that provider confirms scope, price, schedule, and terms directly with you.

1

You describe the tank

Call 860-390-4196 or use the request form. Tell us where the property is, where the tank sits, whether it is still connected, what you have noticed, and whether there is a closing or conversion deadline.

2

A provider decides whether it fits

Calls and forms may be shared with a third-party provider. The provider confirms whether it handles that tank type and location, whether it needs to inspect the property, and which Fire Marshal, CBYD, sampling, plumbing, disposal, or cleanup steps belong in the scope.

3

The provider confirms the terms with you

Scope, price, schedule, exclusions, and change-order terms come from the provider in writing, not from this site. A useful written scope states who files with the Fire Marshal, who contacts CBYD, what happens to remaining oil, whether sampling is included, what happens if contamination is found, what restoration is included, and which records you receive.

Hartford Tank Removal is an independent informational and service-request website. It may collect and qualify a request and share it with one or more third-party providers when a provider may be able to help. Third-party providers perform the work and independently confirm capability, availability, scope, timing, pricing, credentials, insurance documentation, and contract terms. We do not verify provider credentials for you.
